Elevate your game with our exclusive performance packages. With one-on-one access to a board-certified sports dietitian, virtual sessions, and individualized plans based on your sport-specific needs, you'll gain the competitive edge you've been searching for.

Ultra Performance Package

  • Beginner athlete to the world of sports nutrition and/or endurance sports.

  • Trained athlete who has struggled previously with training or race day fueling.

  • Any athlete who enjoys accountability with their nutrition during a training cycle.

What’s included?

  • Initial session

  • 3 follow up sessions (generally will be scheduled monthly leading up to race day)

  • Pre-race planning session

 

Elite Performance Package

Any athlete who has struggled with race day fueling and wants to dial in nutrition during training.

What’s included?

  • Initial session

  • 2 follow up sessions

  • Pre-race planning session

 

Pro Performance Package

Any athlete who feels their nutrition is on point during training but wants to check if they could make any improvements.

What’s included?

  • Initial session

  • 15 min check in phone call mid-cycle

  • Pre-race planning session

 

Session Descriptions

THE INTIAL SESSION: (60 MIN)

  • Together we will discuss your nutrition and medical history, current training regimen, supplement routine and any recent bloodwork, previous nutrition challenges during training/race day, pre/intra/post workout fueling, and review your diet recall.

  • We will then set nutrition goals to start working on while training!

FOLLOW UP SESSION: (30 MIN)

  • Sessions will vary based on the clients needs.

  • Examples of follow up:

    • Tweaking pre workout nutrition or carb load plans Reviewing sweat rate tests + hydration needs.

    • Matching energy needs to training demands.

    • Creating or updating fuel plans.

PRE- RACE SESSION: (15-20 MIN)

  • Will be scheduled 1-2 weeks out from race day

  • Review race day fueling and carb load plan
